- Our website only uses cookies it needs to work. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add visitor statistics (such as Google Analytics) in the future, we will update this page first.

5. Who we share information with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it when needed to do your job:
- With city or county permit offices, when your sign needs a permit.
- With your landlord, property manager or HOA, when their approval is needed and you know about it.
- With our installers, licensed electricians and suppliers working on your sign.

6. How we store and protect it
Quote requests and uploaded files are stored in our website’s secure admin area and in our business email. Only our team can see them. We use reasonable security measures, but no website or email system is 100% secure.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for your project, your warranty, and our tax and business records, generally up to 5 years. After that, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you. Quote requests that never became a job are deleted sooner.
8. Your choices
- You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you.
- You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will answer within 30 days.
9. Children
Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
